At Gypsy@Heart, we are committed to providing high-quality, natural skincare products and digital resources. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help—within the guidelines outlined below.

This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, ensuring your rights as a customer are protected.

 

Returns – Physical Products

Eligibility

You may return physical products if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • The item is returned within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Hygiene-sensitive products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos as proof

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost

 

Refund Process (Physical Products)

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via your original payment method

Note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Returns Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service

  • Gypsy@Heart is not responsible for lost return shipments

 

Digital Products (Ebooks, Guides, Templates)

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All digital product sales are final and non-refundable

Exceptions may apply if:

  • The file is corrupted or inaccessible

  • You experience technical issues (we will assist promptly)

 

DIY Kits & Oil Blends

For DIY kits and oil-based products:

  • Returns are only accepted if unopened and unused

  • Once opened, these items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled if:

  • The order has not yet been processed or shipped

Once shipped, standard return conditions apply.

Your Consumer Rights

  • Repairs, replacements, or refunds for defective items within 6 months of purchase
